Whether it’s for your core management team or your 200-person sales staff, we can make it happen at the Glass Haus. The immersive experience amongst the trees will deliver a next-level experience that they will never forget. With never-ending views of Table Rock Lake as your constant backdrop, you will create an environment where you and your team can relax and recenter, get your creative juices flowing, and leave refreshed and reinvigorated.

We are pleased to be able to offer stellar suggestions for food and beverage catering from some of the best vendors in the Branson area. You will have access to twenty acres of wooded beauty and peace that only the heart of the Ozarks can deliver. We have tables and chairs available for both indoor and outdoor use and are pleased to be able to offer lodging and accommodations for up to forty people onsite in our charming bungalows and treehauses.

Private Event and Retreat Pricing

  • Pricing: $6000 + Price of Two Night Stay

    THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES:

    Host an impactful day long retreat for up to 38 of your most valuable team members

    Includes access to the Glass Haus Main Hall Venue Space, Glass Haus decks, and gardens.

    A 10 hour GlassHaus Event for up to 38 guests to be scheduled between 9 a.m. and 11 p.m. on event day (this includes vendor set-up and breakdown time)

    Two-night overnight accommodations for up to 38 guests(linens and towels provided, check in for Tree Haus and Bungalow Village is at 4 p.m. the day before the event and check out is at 11 a.m. the day after.)

    PEAK: $27000

    OFF PEAK: $22,000

    THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES:

    A 10 hour Main Event for up to 225 guests to be scheduled between 9 a.m. and 11 p.m. on first full day of rental (time includes vendor set-up and breakdown time)

    A 3 hour Farewell Event for up to 38 guests to be scheduled between 9 a.m. and 2 p.m. the day everyone heads home (for onsite guests)

    Two-night overnight accommodations for up to 38 guests at the Tree Haus & Bungalow Village (linens and towels provided.) (check in for treehouses is at 4 p.m. the day before the main event and check out is at 11 a.m. the day after)

    Access to our beautiful hilltop outdoor reception patio, indoor ceremony space, and reception hall for set up, celebration, and tear down (access aligns with treehouse check-in and check-out times)

    OTHER DETAILS

    Tables and chairs for up to 225

    Use of the Glass Haus Main Hall or Outdoor Patio for an up to 3-hour Welcome Event the night before your main event (this is for overnight guests only)

    Onsite Parking

    Use of the Glass Haus Venue spaces for event staging, relaxation, and breakout sessions with your core group of executives throughout the weekend

  • Pricing: $3500

    THIS PACKAGE INCLUDES:

    A 6-hour team building retreat to be scheduled between 11 AM and 8PM (this includes set-up and breakdown time)

    Includes Glass Haus Event Center site access for up to 40 people (including any vendors)

    Optional two night stays in any of Glass Haus's eight one bedroom treehouses or ten one bedroom Bungalows with a loft (pricing dependent on your treehouse & bungalow selection)
