Tree Haus Village is set on 20 acres of land facing Table Rock Lake and surrounding the Glass Haus Wedding Venue. With 15 units in total - 8 bungalows and 7 tree hauses - along with a fire pit and outdoor pavilion, it's a destination like no other.

An Exclusive Experience

At Glass Haus Weddings, our couples have exclusive access to our Tree Haus Village to invite their closest family and friends to stay for a weekend celebration. These units are not open to the public during events so we can create an intimate environment for gathering of their closest family and friends.

Tree Hauses

Our Tree Hauses are located deeper into Tree Haus Village and require more of a journey to the front door. Most are accessed from a mulch path of varying intensities.

Booking Confirmation

Regardless of how your reservation is made and paid for, once it’s in our system, you will receive a booking confirmation. YAY!

Digital Registration

10 days prior to arrival, you will receive a Digital Registration. Completion of your digital registration is required in order to receive your check in instructions. The digital registration will ask you to acknowledge our Tree Haus Village policies and add or update the credit card on file. If your room is pre-paid for, this credit card will only be used for incidental charges.

Welcome and Packing Recommendations

7 days prior to arrival you’ll receive an email with packing recommendations. You can preview these details below!

Check-in Instructions

24 hours prior to arrival, you will receive an email with your check-in instructions, which includes directions to the venue, directions to your individual unit and your access code to enter your room. Digital registration must be complete in order to receive this email.

On-Site Texting

Once you’re on-site, you’ll be able to utilize our texting feature with our staff so if you need anything during your stay, we’re just a message away!

Packing Recommendations

Shoes

Pack those dancin' shoes and also those walkin' shoes! Depending on where you're staying in Tree Haus Village, you may want to bring your walking shoes to journey to the top of the hill. Some Tree Hauses are located down a mulch path.

Bug Spray

So our little friends give us the space we desire.

Comfort Items

Any extra amenities that make you feel at home. All rooms have a small mini fridge, microwave and keurig with pods. We provide basic amenities like soaps and linens and have "Oh Shit Kits" on hand to purchase if you forgot any essential toiletries.

A few important things to note

Kids

While we love kids, Glass Haus Tree Haus Village is not a kid friendly environment. For everyone's safety, only babies (not walking yet) and kids over the age of 5 are permitted.

Smoking Areas

Our units are non-smoking. We do have designated smoking areas throughout the grounds.

Golf Cart Assistance

Our base package includes golf cart services during peak check in and check out times to assist with luggage.

Frequently Asked Questions

Making your reservation

  • Reservations can be made on our online booking page with a group promo code or directly with our Guest Concierge by emailing getaways@glasshausweddings.com.

  • In order to provide the exclusive group experience, reservations are limited to the days the couple books the venue. As we get closer to your arrival date, we may be able to offer stay extensions based on other group bookings. If you're interested in extending your stay, please email getaways@glasshausweddings.com so we can add you to the waitlist for those additional days.

  • We utilize a text messaging feature once you're on property so you can easily access our staff from the comfort of your room.

  • All reservations require a credit card on file, regardless of who is paying for the room. We hold a credit card for any incidentals or damage to the room. We won't charge the card unless there is a valid reason to do so.

Preparing for your stay

  • 24 hours prior to arrival, you'll receive an email with your check in instructions including directions to the venue, directions to your individual unit and your code to enter your room. Our golf cart driver will be available during check in and check out to assist with your luggage.

    Please note: Digital registration must be complete in order to receive your check in instructions.

  • Digital registration is a short check in form that includes confirming your reservation details, signing our Stay Agreement and providing or updating the credit card on file. The digital registration form is sent out 10 days prior to arrival and guests must complete the form in order to receive their check in instructions.
