General Information

  • PROST!! is Glass Haus’ exclusive in-haus bar and beverage service, providing tailored bar and beverage packages, signature cocktails, and an exceptional selection of beer, wine, and spirits for all events starting in 2025.

  • Beginning in 2025, all bar services must be provided by PROST!! to ensure seamless service and the highest quality experience for our couples and their guests.

  • We understand this transition may affect some of our couples. If you’ve already booked a bar service, our team is here to assist you in navigating the conversation and ensuring a smooth transition to PROST!!. Please reach out to our bar manager, Payton, at: Prost@glasshausweddings.com.

Planning Your Bar Service

  • Start dreaming and pinning! We’ll contact you 6-8 months before your wedding to begin planning your PROST!! bar. Alternatively, you can schedule a discovery call anytime or visit us during any Booked Couples’ Open Haus.

  • Absolutely! We can create custom cocktails, source specific drinks upon request, and offer a range of non-alcoholic options (mocktails) to align with your preferences.

  • Have a family favorite or special bottle of wine? We’ve got you covered! You may bring up to five bottles of personal wine, subject to a $20 corking fee per bottle.

  • Yes, our team specializes in crafting signature cocktails tailored to your event’s theme.

  • Yes, we offer a variety of non-alcoholic options, including beautiful mocktails, infused water, tea and lemonades, and a variety of non-alcoholic options.

  • Our bar service is typically open for a 4 hour service. We are happy to work with you on a customized package if needed.

Financial Details

  • We have officially received our liquor license!! We are actively working to iron out final bar packages that will be released shortly.

  • A deposit ranging from $2,000 to $4,000 is required, covering general beer, wine, and mocktail selections. If you include liquor, the deposit may vary.

  • Deposits are not refundable. However, it is rare for deposit amounts to remain unused.

  • All bar tabs are subject to a 20% fee and a 7% sales tax. This fee covers gratuity for the bartending staff.

  • Keg pricing is based on servings and added to your tab. Bartenders will prioritize specialty kegs to ensure full utilization.

Event Day Details

  • The bar opens in the morning for limited service (e.g., mimosas, bloody Marys, beer) for the bridal and grooms suites. The bar packages include a 4 hour service to cover your event. Additional time may be added per management approval.

  • We are legally required to check IDs for all guests purchasing alcohol to ensure compliance with age requirements. We may also refuse service to anyone who appears intoxicated.
